I think that property is a gem for the right person. Corner lot, 5 second walk to the best section of Solano with Andronico's, Peet's, Zachary's, a video rental shop...and lots of room inside to make something cool and eclectic, both in the house and in the basement area. The only drawback..I might get sick of smelling freshly baked Chicago style pizza.
